About Me
My name is Dmitry Krepak.
I am a health and wellness instructor, a specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the creator of Dimnastic — a practice of natural self-recovery for the body and mind.
Today, I work at a medical clinic and run a private practice in my own studio in Be’er Sheva, Israel, where I help people restore their health, energy, and inner balance through natural methods.
How It All Began
I’ve always been fascinated by the structure and potential of the human body. After completing a course in health and physical training, I began working as an instructor in fitness centers.
Over time, I realized that sports do not always equal health. I was drawn to an approach where the body, breath, and awareness work in harmony. That path led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and to a deeper understanding of natural recovery and inner balance.
Education and Practice in China
I completed a four-year program at the Ridman College in collaboration with the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.
At the end of my studies, I underwent a three-month internship at the hospital affiliated with the university. In parallel, I studied the healing arts of Qigong — before, during, and after my formal education — learning from various masters.
These practices helped me understand more deeply how gentle, mindful movement can restore not only the body but also one’s inner state.
The Birth of the Dimnastic System
From years of knowledge, experience, and observation, the Dimnastic system was born — a universal method of natural recovery and health maintenance.
Dimnastic combines:
✅ The principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine
✅ Joint gymnastics and gentle movement
✅ Breathing practices
✅ Elements of Qigong and meditation
✅ Modern understanding of physiology and psychosomatics
The main goal of Dimnastic is to help people understand and feel their own bodies — to maintain balance and energy naturally, without medication or complex equipment.
Philosophy and Approach
My work is based on three core principles:
Awareness — every movement is performed with focus and presence.
Gradual Progress — the body heals step by step, without force or haste.
Collaboration — true healing is a shared process between the teacher and the student.
🌿 Faith, patience, and consistent effort in the right direction always lead to results.
Inspiration and Life
I’m inspired by watching how a person’s breathing, posture, expression, and mood begin to change. When the body comes alive, the soul awakens too — that’s the true motivation behind my work.
To restore my own energy, I practice Dimnastic, stay active, and spend time in nature — it helps me maintain inner harmony and stay grounded for others.
