DIMNASTIC Online Training allows you to practice at a convenient time and in your own space — at home, in the office, or while traveling. You receive a full experience of body and breath restoration, just like in live sessions, but without the need to go anywhere.
Each session takes place live or via video call, so you can receive feedback, follow the instructor’s movements, and perform the exercises safely and effectively.
During an Online Session You Will:
perform gentle movements and breathing exercises under the instructor’s guidance;

restore flexibility, mobility, and natural breathing;
receive personal recommendations and ongoing support.
All sessions are held in a convenient format — via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video. All you need is an internet connection, a bit of space, and the desire to reconnect with your body.
